Account data
- Email address and display name (provided at registration)
- Role (Coach or Trainee)
- Coach ID (for Trainees, linking them to their Coach)
Fitness and training data
- Training programs and workouts assigned by a Coach
- Workout completion logs (dates, exercises, sets, weights)
- Feedback submitted after workouts (mood, difficulty rating, comments)
- Weight unit preference
Usage data
- Timestamps of actions such as feedback submissions and last login
- Notifications sent between Coaches and Trainees within the platform
We do not collect:
- Payment card details (handled directly by our payment processor)
- Location data
- Health records or medical information
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Service (display training plans, log progress, send in-app notifications)
- Allow Coaches to monitor their Trainees’ progress and respond to feedback
- Manage your account and subscription
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
- Improve and troubleshoot the Service
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
5. How We Store Your Data
All data is stored using Firebase, a platform operated by Google LLC. Data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other countries outside Israel. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this international transfer.

6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Workout feedback: Feedback older than one year may be periodically deleted to manage storage.
- Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
- Removed Trainees: When a Coach removes a Trainee, their account is flagged and may be deleted from our system upon request.
7. Who Has Access to Your Data
- Coaches can see all workout data, feedback, and progress logs for their own Trainees only.
- Trainees can see their own data and any replies from their Coach.
- Strides Pro can access data for support and maintenance purposes only.
- No third parties receive your personal or fitness data, except as required by law.
Our payment processor handles billing data independently and under their own privacy policy. We do not store card numbers or payment details on our servers.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Strides Pro uses browser local storage and session data to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (such as language and weight unit). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Object to how we process your data in certain circumstances
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
